Packaging & Delivery
The goods are packed whenever possible with recycled packaging paper.
Orders are shipped by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, depending on which is quicker.
Returns
Any faulty goods will be accepted within 14 days of receipt - except cut fabrics. I check the fabrics before cutting them, and once cut, fabrics cannot be returned. Only pre-arranged returns will be accepted.
Miessence products have a 15 day money-back manufacturers guarantee. Please email if you are unhappy with any of these products before returning them.
